We don’t have leasing consultants , maintenance managers, inspection cadets or offshore call centres. Your property manager takes care of your property from start to finish. They will meet the tenants, conduct the inspections, issue reports, action maintenance items and take your call when you have a question.

If something needs fixing, your expert property manager will call you with some solutions. If the tenant falls behind on the rent, your expert property manager will have it followed up within hours, not days. Our focus is to keep you informed and in the know so that this journey feels seamless.
